Kaitlin Daley


Kaitlin Daley is in her third year as an extended division student at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. She graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2007 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies. Kaitlin currently lives in Reading, PA and is the Executive Assistant to Berks County Commissioner Kevin Barnhardt. Prior to that, she worked for 3 years as a Conference Officer in the Berks County Domestic Relations Office where she conducted child support conferences. She would like to use her legal education to practice in the field of criminal law. As a law student, Kaitlin is the Internal Managing Editor of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics, and Race. Kaitlin joined WJLER as an opportunity to refine her research and writing skills while still being able to balance a full-time job and school.
